John Scandar
John Scandar is Vice President, Sales and Marketing, for Fullscope Inc., a corporation specialized in the development of computer software. Mr. Scandar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in commerce from Concordia University in Montreal and more than 15 years of experience in the area of software. From April 1994 to March 1996, Mr. Scandar was Vice President of Sales for Probe Software, a corporation active in the development of software for corporate management. He is co-founder and shareholder of the Process Technology Group, a private investment firm focused on start-up technology companies. John Scandar was President of Cambiotech Inc., a corporation he founded in 1996 and that specializes in the sale of software systems and other integration systems. Prior to founding Cambiotech Inc., he served as Vice President of Sales for Baan Inc., a provider of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) products. John Scandar was President and Chief Operating Officer of Red Klay Inc., a corporation still involved in the area of information technology, before joining the team of Fullscope Inc. in February 2002. Mr. Scandar has participated in many mergers and acquisitions of enterprises, as well as many private placements, such as venture capital companies.




Yves Leblanc – President and CEO of Amadeus
During his career, Yves Leblanc has held senior management and consulting positions for local and international clients. In 1995, he merged the activities of his information technology strategic consulting firm into Andersen Business Consulting. From 1995 to 2001, he was the Managing Partner of this division and contributed to the development of specialized practices in business strategy, business and operational process transformation and deployment of related technologies. Under his leadership, this division of Andersen underwent highly profitable uninterrupted growth. Mr. Leblanc was also the President of the Media Gateway Division of Eicon Networks in Berlin, Germany. He had responsibility for the research and development of unified messaging technologies, for manufacturing and sales in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.




Alphonse M. Galluccio
Alphonse M. Galluccio has a wide experience in internal audit, compliance, risk management and acted as Consultant in various industries such as finance, manufacturing, services and retail. Mr Galluccio is a recognized leader and excellent communicator. He is the former Vice President of Internal Audit for the Jean Coutu Group (PJC) Inc., the fourth largest drugstore chain in North America and the second largest in both the Eastern United States and Canada. Alphonse Galluccio began his career as a comptroller and corporate comptroller for a subsidiary of SNC, which is now known as SNC-Lavalin. He then accepted a position as Manager of Internal Audit at Sidbec, a company specializing in steel whose sales exceeded several hundred million dollars. In 1985, Mr Galluccio decided to address a bigger challenge as General Manager of Internal Audit at Domtar, a North American company with sales exceeding $2.5 billion. He left Domtar to become the Vice President of Internal Audit at Laurentian Bank in 1991. Years later, he held office at Andersen, where he was notably Senior Manager providing internal audit services to Tembec and Radio-Canada (CBC) accounts. He finally left Andersen in August 2002 to join the Jean Coutu Group.




Robert Lévesque
With over 20 years of experience in the financial and technological sectors, and this, both in North America and Europe, Robert Lévesque held numerous management positions throughout his career in renowned public and private Canadian financial institutions. Noteworthy among the latter are the Groupe Barrontech inc., Valeurs Mobilières Dubeau ltée, the Scotia Bank, and Geoffrion Leclerc Inc. He also managed and participated in the creation and distribution of various financial vehicles, namely several public offerings. Robert Lévesque is now Investment Director, Information Technology, with Desjardins Venture Capital, and this, since November 2005. Renowned for his significant contributions to Quebec’s business and IT communities, he is actively involved since 1998 in the area of advanced technologies, where he was, among other things, business operator and investor for a major private asset management corporation. Mr. Lévesque has served and still serves on several professional committees. Some of these entities include the Board of Directors of the Centre incubateur d’entreprises de la Montérégie, the Board of Directors of the DynEc Corporation, the Observation Committees of Geocom TMS and TimeSpring Inc., as well as the Observation Committee of the Metamail Corporation, to name only a few. He is also a member of the Fédération informatique du Québec.




François Gilbert
François Gilbert has pursued an impressive career path, with extensive and diversified experience in the private, social and cooperative sectors. Since September 2005, he is President of FIER Succès s.e.c., a venture capital fund located in Quebec, and serves as administrator of several corporations, namely Roctest ltd, Dynagram, Inc., and Optosécurité, Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of GCO and Biocad. He also served as President of the Board of Directors of Kaydara, Inc. until it was sold in 2004, and of Medicago, Inc. For nine years, François Gilbert was Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Gestion Charles Sirois, a private investment holding, where he was notably responsible for managing investment portfolios for private firms stemming from various industry sectors. From 1985 to 1990, he was President of the Fédération des caisses populaires Desjardins du Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean, President of the Committee on Insurance and Retirement Programs at Desjardins, and Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Confédération des caisses populaires et d'économie Desjardins du Québec. His social involvement is also noteworthy; he was co-founder of the Centraide fundraising campaign for the Quebec region, Chairman of the Board of the Laval University faculty of Business Administration, co-founder of Centraide Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean, President of the Fondation communautaire du grand Québec, as well as Vice President of the Fondation de l'entrepreneurship.
