Yves Leblanc — President and CEO
During his career, Yves Leblanc has held senior management and consulting positions for local and international clients. In 1995, Mr. Leblanc merged the activities of his information technology strategic consulting firm into Andersen Business Consulting. From 1995 to 2001, he was the Managing Partner of this division and contributed to the development of specialized practices in business strategy, business and operational process transformation and deployment of related technologies. Under his leadership, this division of Andersen underwent highly profitable uninterrupted growth. Mr. Leblanc was also President of the Media Gateway Division of Eicon Networks in Berlin, Germany. He had responsibility for the research and development of unified messaging technologies, for manufacturing and sales in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. |

Pierre-François Isabel — Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Pierre-François Isabel has over 14 years of experience in understanding customers’ needs. Always keeping in mind as primary focus the automation of these needs, Mr. Isabel participated in several projects throughout his career, and now enjoys extensive knowledge and experience in technology and management. He joined the Amadeus International team in 1999, where he fulfilled several strategic management functions, namely as Vice President, R&D and Operations, in addition to actively participating in sales and marketing activities. Having gained valuable know-how at all levels of the company, Amadeus appointed Pierre-François Isabel as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. |

Jean-Pascal Lamontagne, CA — Interim Chief Financial Officer
Jean-Pascal Lamontagne obtained a Business Administration Degree in 1997 and an Accountant Licence from Université Laval in 1998. He was granted the Chartered Accountant designation in 2000. With more than seven years of experience working in an accounting firm, he was tasked with numerous responsibilities and played a pivotal role in management and certification mandates for customers active in miscellaneous industry sectors. As a result, he acquired valuable knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and practices, as well as a solid expertise in the management of work teams and in the area of Canadian corporate income tax. Mr. Lamontagne joined the Amadeus team in 2004, where he was involved in the transformation of the Company into a publicly traded entity, and contributed to multiple rounds of financing, as well as the acquisition and sell back of divisions. He currently holds the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer. |

Amy L. Carlson — Product Manager
Amy L. Carlson has over eighteen years experience in various technical, project management and leadership positions. She was Leader of the Air Quality Consulting Group at Black & Veatch, where she developed compliance and permitting solutions for various industries and represented the consulting industry with the Export-Import Bank. She formed and was the Unit Leader of the Environmental Management Information Systems Group, and has authored many professional papers and training materials on the topics of compliance, software implementation, software integration, etc. She now works at Amadeus International as Product Manager, and she specializes in product design and market requirements across quality, environmental, health and safety, and risk applications. |

James Castonguay — Research and Development Manager
James Castonguay joined Amadeus International in 2002. Initially involved as a Senior Analyst-Programmer, Mr. Castonguay became responsible for the project management of the eQCM software suite, before taking the lead of the R&D team. Prior to Amadeus, James worked for Motus Technologies as Senior Analyst-Programmer, as well as Project Manager of their network product suite. James Castonguay holds a Master Degree in Mathematics from the Université de Sherbrooke. |

Charles-Philippe Cossette — IT Manager — Database
& BI Architecture
Charles-Philippe Cossette has over twelve years of experience in software development and network management. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Data Processing from Université Laval. In 1995, he started his career by managing his own Web development company. Afterwards, he was a computer analyst for INRS until 1999, when he joined Amadeus International Inc as Team Leader. Since 2001, he has been appointed as database administrator and technology infrastructure manager. With his experience in development and his extensive knowledge of networks and information technology, Mr. Cossette is an important asset for the company. |

Sandra Dorelien — Professional Services Manager
Sandra Dorelien comes from the Life Science Industry with over 7 years of experience in IT solution implementation, including Project Management, Training, Consulting and Validation. Ms. Dorelien, who joined Amadeus International in 2005, was as a Senior Consultant responsible to assist clients in deploying the eQCM software suite. She is now the lead of the Professional Services team. Sandra Dorelien holds a Graduate Degree in Management/Leadership from the Mc Gill University and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Manon Rouillier — Marketing and Communications Manager
Recognized for her wealth of expertise in marketing and communications, Manon Rouillier holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the University of Ottawa. With her extensive experience in sales, commercialization, customer service and management, Mrs. Rouillier has consistently demonstrated her skills within many organizations such as Pôle Québec Chaudière-Appalaches and the GATIQ Technorégion. Prior to that, her clear interest for the sales and marketing field led her to assume important responsibilities within renowned companies like Nortech Fibronic inc., as well as Louis Garneau Sports inc., a notorious company wherein she built on her unparalleled ability to manage human resources and her sales and marketing skills. |
