Amadeus launches its governance solution, eQCM Internal Control Manager, to help organizations achieve excellence in their corporate compliance governance initiatives

Quebec City, October 2^nd, 2007 — Amadeus International Inc. (TSX-V: Aii), a pioneer and leading provider of Enterprise Quality and Compliance Management software solutions, announced today the availability of its new internal control management software. The eQCM Internal Control Manager allows companies to solidify their Sarbanes-Oxley and C198 compliance programs through the implementation of business processes that will substantially reduce associated costs and efforts while enhancing the management of risks and internal controls related to the preparation and disclosure of financial information.

The Amadeus eQCM Internal Control Manager allows companies to:

• Assemble a comprehensive financial control structure linking their organizational structure, chart of accounts, business processes, control objectives, risks and the controls themselves
• Identify target processes and accounts using a risk based approach to categorize controls and assign testing frequencies, methods, and responsibilities.
• Develop test plans with the possibility of adding configurable questionnaires.
• Create flexible workflows for evaluating the design of controls, testing their operational effectiveness, their certification and sign-off.
• Log issues, rank deficiency levels, assemble and execute corrective action plans.
• Produce management reports and indicators for test results, evaluation of findings, control effectiveness and others.

Using eQCM Internal Control Manager, companies will be able to monitor their compliance processes at any level of detail and provide evidence to the external auditors, investors and the general public that internal controls are in place and that control deficiencies are being addressed.

Starting today, eQCM Internal Controls Manager is available in two versions; first as an enhancement to the eQCM software platforms already deployed throughout our customer base and secondly, as a standalone solution for companies who require only the financial compliance processes.
