Quebec City, May 29th, 2007 — Amadeus International Inc. (TSX-V: Aii), a pioneer and leader of advanced compliance process control solutions, today announced the results of its third quarter ended March 31, 2007.

Amadeus’ revenues have increased by 18.6% to $501,623 for the quarter ended March 31, 2007, compared with $423,082 for the corresponding period last year. For the first nine months of fiscal 2007, revenues have increased by 10.7% to $1,539,436, compared to $1,390,830 for the same period a year earlier. Software licence revenue for the third quarter increased by 88.3%, totalling $251,473. Revenues from the sale of perpetual eQCM software suite licences for the third quarter, has increased by 88,3% at 251.473 $, when compared with the corresponding period last year.

“The increase of 18,6% in sales for the quarter and the increase of 10,7% for the first nine months of our financial year is extremely encouraging when considering that our Company carried out the restructuring of its balance sheet during the same period” stated Yves Leblanc President and CEO of Amadeus International. “The continued trust from our customers has contributed to the sale of new licenses, the addition of licenses for our eQCM® customers and to the migration to our last product generation by our long-time customers. During this same nine months period, the financing and operating costs decreased by 1,000,020 $ to 2,419,000 $, as a result of our reorganization efforts started in 2006”, he added.

The loss before financial expenses, income tax on earning and amortization (EBITDA) decreased by nearly 45% to stand at $433,693, versus $784,779 for the corresponding quarter last year. For the first nine months of fiscal 2007, the loss before financial expenses, income tax, and amortization totalled $912,935, as opposed to $2,646,929 for the corresponding period the previous year. The increase in EBITDA is mostly attributable to the 36.1% increase in licences sales, and to the reduction in operating costs resulting from the business re-organization the Company underwent at the end of the last fiscal year. Amadeus incurred a net loss on continuing operations of $550,609, or $0.31 per share, for its third quarter of fiscal 2007, as opposed to a net loss on continuing operations of $954,754, or $0.56 per share, for the corresponding period of fiscal 2006.

* Definition of EBITDA: Earnings (loss) before financial expenses, income tax on earning and amortization. EBITDA is presented as an additional measurement of earnings in order to assist the reader in establishing the Company’s ability to generate cash from activities and to acquit its financial charges. It is also an indicator generally used for purposes of evaluation. Canadian generally accepted accounting principles give no standard interpretation to this measurement and it cannot therefore be compared to similar measurements used by other enterprises.

Current assets amounted to $1,383,970 on March 31, 2007, versus $2,261,461 on June 30, 2006. Current liabilities totalled $1,867,178 on March 31, 2007, versus $2,105,532 on June 30, 2006. The working capital decreased by $639,137 to a deficit of $483,208 as at March 31, 2007, compared with $29,368 at the end of the second quarter. The decrease in assets results mostly from the early cashing of the sales price balance to finance operating activities.
