A world leading company selects Amadeus' software solution to manage FDA and quality process and regulatory requirements

(TSX-V: AML), a pioneer and leader of advanced compliance process control solutions, today announced that a world leader of quality hygiene and consumer paper products for institutional and retail markets in the United States has selected Amadeus’ eQCM® software suite as its global solution for the management of their quality and compliance content, corrective and preventive actions, deviations and customer complaints.
Being a large-scale FDA and ISO regulated organization with nearly 1,500 employees, the need for this market leader to manage its quality and regulatory processes electronically was imminent. eQCM® will thus be implemented so as to replace home grown process tracking systems. In today's highly competitive marketplace, more stringent quality control and higher product reliability requirements have become strategy centric for product manufacturers. Bearing this in mind, Amadeus delivers a compliance process control solution that offers a balanced approach to quality, compliance and risk management, tailored for the life sciences industry’s specific needs.
This transaction, which amounts to $240,000 US, proves valuable to introduce Amadeus in one of the life sciences market segments, which is strategic to the company’s development and future growth. Not only is this an important milestone for Amadeus, it also strengthens its positioning as a leader in providing automated compliance solutions in the life sciences industry.
Additionally, two other modules of the Amadeus’ eQCM® suite will be implemented within the next few months: the Audit Management™ module, a systematic regulatory process used to determine if the actions are carried out in a manner that complies with existing regulatory requirements, and the Competency Manager™ module, a comprehensive, enterprise-ready learning management solution that helps unleash the full potential of the human and intellectual capital in the workplace, and thus efficiently comply with current training regulations.
