L’Oréal thus accentuates its use of the eQCM® compliance process control software suite by having a sixth manufacturing facility implementing this highly flexible solution.

The implementation of Amadeus’ eQCM® across L’Oréal’s hair care products manufacturing facility will provide consistent control for regulated processes and deliver real time status updates on their compliance activities.
Florence facility will use eQCM® to manage regulated processes such as audits, corrective and preventive actions, non-conformances, change control, but also to manage every operating procedures and regulated documents of this business unit.
